Hiddink the right man to change Chelsea fortunes - Zenden

Former Netherlands international Bolo Zenden believes that Guus Hiddink is the right man to replace Jose Mourinho at Chelsea.

Following a terrible start to the season, Mourinho was relieved of his duties as manager of Chelsea on Thursday night and a host of names have already been linked with the vacant post at Stamford Bridge.

Zenden said of Hiddink: “He's a great manager with people skills. He's capable of getting their heads right. Where they want to finish this year, a possible target, that's for Chelsea to decide but there's not too many managers available which have certain qualities to get into the hot seat.

“He's had a hard time with Holland, we all know he got the sacked from the national team when results weren't going our way but he could put himself into the frame."
